Very complete, beautifully maintained Trawler yacht. Self-supporting with generator, central heating and thermopane windows.What space and comfort! Not many motor yachts have been built where you will find as much living space on board as at Jachtbouw de Alm. Fully equipped with double glazing, central heating and generator. Very easy to manoeuvre with the bow and stern thruster. Nice detail: In addition to the side doors, controls for the bow and stern thrusters are built in on both sides. Very handy with mooring!,,The ship was completely reefed in 2012 by SRF in harlingen and made suitable for sailing in France. The upper steering position has been removed due to the clearance height (quotation for reinstatement a ? 5.000 present) and large parts of the panelling and technical installation have been renewed.,,From the spacious, covered, self-draining cockpit (lockable on the sides and aft by means of tent canvas), we enter the large saloon through the aluminium doors with a comfortable L-shaped bench to starboard (with a perfect view to the outside). Cooking is certainly not a punishment in the fully equipped galley. Recent 4-burner induction hob, Siemens combi oven, extractor hood, extra large fridge, separate freezer, in short, fully equipped. At the front the central steering position and a fixed staircase to the huge sun deck. To starboard we go downstairs and enter the sleeping quarters and wet room. The owner's cabin in the foreship has a large french (freestanding) bed and a desk. Under the saloon are two guest cabins. On the single bed in the starboard cabin is the washing machine. This can easily be converted into a bed again. The port side guest cabin has a double bed. The wet room has an electric toilet, washbasin and spacious shower. Throughout the ship lots of closet space available!,,From the steering position, the stainless steel navigation mast on the upper deck can be hydraulically lowered. The self-seeking satellite antenna for the flat screen TV is also mounted on the sun deck. Almtrawlers are fitted with a rubber bumper as standard. These often give rust problems and that is why this ship is equipped with a rope rope ring.,,The spacious engine room has a separate entrance from the cockpit and entirely in the back of the ship is a large lazaret (storage space) for bicycles, deck chairs, paint and provisions.,,The Swiss owners sell the ship because of age reasons.
