38ft(11.5m) Beechcraft 1150 1980 Dutch steal cruiser with a 6-cylinder DAF 105HP engine. Completely newly renovated fully furnished motorboat. Beautifully hand-crafted interiors lovingly renovated as a full-time houseboat for two adults.,The living area consists of:,• Spacious living room with 2-seater couch with built-in storage, Samsung 27” Flat-screen TV, outbacker hygge wood-burner stove, sliding bookcase, and a built-in dog bed/wood storage.,• Brand new kitchen with large farmhouse sink, gas oven and 4 burner stove top, new Amica fridge freezer, a large pull out pantry press, and a handcrafted wood table with seating for 4.,• The main bedroom features a double bed with built-in storage underneath, hand-tiled floor, electric radiator, and a large hand-built wardrobe offering plenty of clothes and shoe storage.,• The bathroom has a chemical toilet with electric flush, a sink with built-in storage, an electric towel heater, and a brand-new wood tiled floor.,• The second bedroom, currently being used as a snug/reading area, could easily sleep 2 children and has been freshly painted and decorated.,During the re-model, the boat was insulated, freshly painted, new walls were built for extra stability and heat, new floors were placed throughout, there was a complete overhaul on the electrical system, new plumbing was fitted where necessary and new decking was laid outside. The hull was sandblasted and painted and new anodes were fitted prior to us purchasing (July 2019). The engine has been fully serviced. The boat is currently running off a mixture of shore and solar power with 3 50-watt solar panels powering the lights and water pump. The water tanks hold 300L of water and run through a 3-stage filtration process including a carbon filter, meaning you can refill from any general tap. Currently comes with mooring just outside Utrecht, The Netherlands. This is paid until Spring 2021. Alternatively, transport throughout Europe can be arranged for a fee.,We built this as our home, so no expense has been spared. Whether you are looking to downsize or for the ultimate adventure, this is the ideal space for a couple/small family.
