Ideal sailing houseboat with double glazing and Kabola heating. 3 Spacious cabins, 2 x bathroom. Very competitively priced so the trip to Denmark paysPACIFIC 143 ALLURE FLY. A wonderful "living ship", bought in 2017 by the Danish owners in the Netherlands to live with their family. They have invested a lot in recent years to perfect everything. Both optically and technically in very nice condition! Due to family expansion, a larger ship is being sought, living on board was more than good!,,,Plenty of space outside, with a rear cockpit, flybridge and huge front deck. Two spiral staircases to the bathing platform give a modern look. The (new) dinghy is equipped with an aluminum bottom and 4 HP Mercury b.b.m. With the electric stainless steel davits, the dinghy is easily lifted out of the water.,,,Via the aluminum / glass sliding door and a "lazy" staircase we enter the saloon with a (low) saloon seat on the starboard side and a (high) dinner seat on the port side. Starboard front the helm. The salon has a beautiful PVC floor, double glazing and 2 sliding windows.,,,The owner's cabin is beautiful with lots of air and light, a king-size "French" bed and plenty of wardrobe space. Adjoining a beautiful bathroom with jacouzi, shower, electric toilet and large sink.,,In the passage to the owner's cabin a steel door to the large engine room (which is located under the saloon).,,,In the bow the fully equipped galley with (new) refrigerator, 4-burner ceramic hob, Corean worktop and combi oven. Of course a washer and dryer are not lacking ...,,,Furthermore in the fore ship a guest cabin with a double (French) bed and a guest cabin with 2 x single beds.,,,The engine room is spacious and easily accessible through its own door (no lifting floor hatches). The fantastic DAF 1160 has just over 500 operating hours. We have not found out whether the engine has been installed brand new or has been completely overhauled. In any case, the whole looks perfect and runs beautifully. In addition to the DAF, the ship has a (no less than) 10 KVA generator. Heating is done with a Kabola B17 diesel central heating boiler with hot water tap. An extra 220V boiler is also available (new). Two 4KW Kabola air heaters have recently been added. No cold on board is necessary on this Pacific!,,There are 6 new serice batteries and 2 new starter batteries have been placed, the toilets have new hoses and pumps.,,,More and more people want to live on a ship. Of course there is a washing machine and dryer....,,Further on in the foreship a guest cabin with double (french) bed and a guest cabin with 2 x single bed.,,The engine room is spacious and easily accessible through its own door (no floor hatches lift). The sturdy DAF 1160 has only just over 500 hours of operation. We didn't find out if the engine was placed out of the crate or completely overhauled.
